If that person is not in your friendlist you can still get his ID...
it's simple...
Look first you have to send him a friend request...send it through a fake account or your own account...then just goto Friends n click on Open Friend Requestn den click on edit option in any of da profilen u can see da EMAIL ADDRESS from he/she signed to orkut
